Dordrecht

 
 


Dordrecht was founded in 1856 and named after Dorecht in Holland. It is a small farming community close to the Western Drakensburg Mouantains on the route 56 from Durban to Middleburg consisting of merino sheep and cattle farmers. Dordrecht is well known for trout fishing, pheasant and game hunting.
