| The tranquil town of White River has streets shaded with flowering trees and is named after the near by river which has a high level of Kaolin that gives the water a milky hue. It is well-known as an artists’ haven and a gateway to the Kruger National Park. White River is home to sixty thousand citrus trees and large plantations of pine and blue gum trees. White River also boasts an orange winery and a Butterfly Garden where one can see butterflies flying and feeding on flowers planted solely for them. |
